#oh my god how do i begin to describe how much i want donna and louis to accidentally date #like maybe one night donna is desperate for a plus one to maybe a high school reuinion or something #and she’s debating going stag when there’s louis in the elevators looking forward to a night of shouting at survivor reruns #and it’s like half pity date and half impulse that she drags him along (bc if nothing else it’ll make a good horror story)#but Louis kind of rocks it—or where he doesn’t rock it he doesn’t fail miserably #he recognizes the desperate need to prove themselves in each and everyone there and he’s the king of this little pond baby #he can make everyone know just how jealous they should be that they weren’t enough for Donna Paulson #and then like a week later Louis shuffles up and asks if she could help him out and go with to his sister’s kid’s bar mitzvah #because just for ONE NIGHT he would like his parents to think he’s not a loser #(and how could he be a loser when Donna Paulson agrees to be seen in public with him?) #and it just sort of spirals from there #they keep accidentally automatically using each other as plus ones#until harvey starts getting jealous and donna realizes it should feel weirder than it does spending time with louis litt #that she actually enjoys it #enjoys him and his intense focus and bizarre unappologetic passion #so maybe she decides to test a theory and puts her hand on his thigh and he freezes #blabs something about how he doesn’t need pity he’s really okay just being around her he never had any expectations #because this is louis (he’s used to table scraps of affection) #and that more than anything makes up Donna’s mind to kiss him #and then STUFF HAPPENS #PROBABLY INVOLVING KINKY SHAKESPEAREAN ROLEPLAY
