Of the original Avengers dresses I designed last year, the Iron Man one was my least favorite. But I have now settled on a design I don’t hate! I missed the IM3 premier by a few days, but close enough.

Of the original Avengers dresses I designed last year, the Iron Man one was my least favorite. But I have now settled on a design I don’t hate! I missed the IM3 premier by a few days, but close enough.
So I’m thinking about doing another giveaway, but one that’s dress related (am I right in assuming most of you are here because of the Avengers dresses?). I still have loads of dress requests in my inbox that I haven’t had the time or energy to design.
How about if I do this giveaway where I pick 3 winners and they each get a dress designed specifically for them— they can specify what character to inspire the dress and also a dress type if they want.
Would this interest you guys Y/N (“likes” and answers to this post count as yes) ?
It didn’t end up looking like the Thor dress I was aiming for, but it’s still cute in’t it?

(I think if you wanted to make it more Thor-like, you could somehow add those silver circles that he had in all his costume designs. I did it with buttons on my design, but I’m not sure how that’d work out on your dress…)
I finished my Black Widow dress! Design by Robinade. Will post better pictures eventually?
Face cut off because expression is slightly…demonic? Had several incidents with the sewing machine and the ruffles. But honestly, I’m super excited.
Ohhhh my GOD. THIS IS SO EXCELLENT. The Black Widow dress is definitely one of my hardest-to-sew designs (sorry!) and you pulled it off brilliantly. And you look fabulous in it, I might add. All you need is her belt symbol (and maybe those bullet bracelets?) and you’ll be good to go! I’m soooo excited. :D :D :D

This is my fem!Loki cosplay so far. The dress was made by a local designer from a design by the ever wonderful robinade. You might have seen the picture floating around on Tumblr.
For the finished thing, I’ll also have a dark green cape, green contact lenses, my hair dyed black, black eyeliner/mascara and dark red lip stain, black boots and blue nail varnish.
This is what I’ve got so far (ignore my face and my room!)

Avengers assembled this weekend! Based on robinade’s dresses. We even got a male Black Widow to join us! (And I decided Andy’s SHIELD agent back there is Agent Hill. :) )
