Teen Wolf fanfic: You Are the Solution by ferretbaby

“Right. Okay, let me explain this because I think you’re confused.” Stiles put his hands on his hips and barely resist wagging a finger at the three teammates. “Jackson’s my friend. Albeit a very social awkward and somewhat temperamental friend so some days I feel like I’m really just raising the brattiest child in existence but it’s cool. It’s all cool. There is no blackmail, or threats,” Stiles’ kind of boggles at that idea, “or anything untoward that’s going on. Jackson’s virtue is perfectly protected with me around.”

“Oh.”

Three pairs of eyes blink back at him in confusion.

“So…he’s just hanging out with you…?”

“Voluntarily.” Stiles rolls his eyes at them. “I’d even go so far as to say he willingly seeks me out just to keep himself from becoming bored and to make fun of my hair or something.”

The three teens share another strange look before huddling close to whisper in each other ears like a bunch of 12 year old girls. Finally they seem to make a decision and as one, they turn back to glower down at Stiles.

“You do have funny hair so we’ll concede that you might not be up to anything untoward.”

“Gee, thanks.”

Jackson isn’t happy with being the omega of the wolf pack— and I mean that in an actual wolfpack dynamic, he’s on the bottom rung of the social ladder, rather than a bdsm-kink kind of way— and out of desperation, turns to Stiles for help.

Technically WIP but it actually feels pretty finished— even if I would love to have more. I just want to cling this fic to my chest and roll around in it. It is just DARLING, and also I laughed until I cried.

It’s all Fornax’s fault. What, was I supposed to resist her livestreaming 4 episodes in a row. But srsly this show is hilarious and has a lot of shirtless sexy dudes. Also a lot of the gay. A++.

But for some reason, when Stiles sees Derek talking to Lydia, the two of them painfully good-looking, all she can think about is that her hair is in a messy ponytail and there’s pizza sauce on the hem of her t-shirt. It’s not like she wants to go on a montage out of a ’90s teen film and come out like Rachel Leigh Cook on a staircase, but Stiles maybe thinks she doesn’t want to look like the homeless one in the pack.

tl;dr Amaaaaaazing genderbent fic, girl!Stiles is totally rad.
